Photograph People in Meaningful Locations

Another way to create good people portraits is to photograph them in meaningful locations.
A handyman in his workshop, a teacher in her classroom, or a family in front of their home.
People photographed in their natural environments tend give you a more relaxed pose.
And if you can have them hold something that is important to them or their trade,
their hands have something to do and they can focus on being natural.

Children and food are good companions!
