It tastes pretty good (chocolate with cream-cheese frosting) but it turned out REAALLLY moist, hence the 'crumb-diddly-umptious' look :-D
The recipe is in Betty Crocker, and the frosting is: 1/4 butter and 8 oz. cream cheese, creamed till smooth. Add in 1-2 cups of powdered sugar, a little vanilla, and a tsp. of lemon juice.
